9月は JetBlue カードを利用して MBTA のバスと電車を利用していました。月末に $2.50 がバックされていました。
このようなプロモーションをやっていることは知らず、たまたま $2.50 のキャッシュバックが来てからキャンペーンの存在を知ったのですが、対象はボストンだけでなく他のアメリカの街の公共機関も対象のようです。
対象のエリアと交通機関
ボストンの MBTA を含め、シカゴ CTA と Pace、ダラス DART、マイアミ DTPW、ニューヨーク/ニュージャージの PATH と NJ Transit、フィラデルフィア SEPTA、ワシントンDC WMATAが対象エリアと交通機関のようです。

それぞれのエリアのシステムには電車、バスなどがありますが対象外のものもあるかもしれないので FAQ を確認しておくと良いと思います。例えばボストンは MBTA としつつも対象はバスと地下鉄とあるので、コミューターレールやフェリーは対象外かと想像しています。そもそもタップ乗車する設備もないですが。

- Philadelphia, PA: Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority bus, subway, or metro

例えばボストンMBTAで$5.00、シカゴ cta で $5.00 でも対象になるようです。
Can I get this benefit by spending $10 in a month in various cities?
Yes, you will be eligible for this offer if you are tapping (making a contactless transaction) at the point of entry with an eligible Mastercard in the seven (7) markets where the benefit is available. The markets include Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, NY/NJ, Philadelphia and Washington DC.
